I've had several offers. One I will take up is to look after a house in Paddington, Brisbane. The owner will be in China teaching for four months, so I will move in and look after the house and garden.
It's an old colonial style house in a quiet leafy part of Paddington, and quite near very interesting shops etc. By the time I move in (early September) I should be studying, and writing, so it will be good to have the peace and tranquility to do just that.
